The spa is truly amazing, offering a 7-star experience and even being child-friendly. The restaurant deserves several Michelin stars for its incredible food and service. The location of the hotel is also perfect, with stunning views of the lake.

Some staff members can be a bit arrogant and may not speak English fluently.

The location of this hotel was easily accessible to all of Kaliningrad, with taxis available to take you to the center of town or even along the river. the rooms were well-maintained and clean, and the breakfast offered a variety of fun plates and cutlery for kids to enjoy. Guests could also enjoy the hotel's pool or kids room.
